AutoRecord Live does not host or operate the livestream platforms themselves.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
- The livestream URLs or sources they submit
- Ensuring they own or have authorization to record and store livestream content
- Complying with all applicable laws, content rights, and platform terms
- How recorded content is used, exported, shared, or distributed
AutoRecord Live does not provide legal advice regarding content rights or permissions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoRecord Live to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Record, download, share, or distribute unauthorized third-party content
- Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
- Violate TikTok, Douyin, YouTube, Twitch, or other third-party platform terms
- Circumvent platform protections or access controls
- Engage in abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
No Guarantee of Availability
While we aim to provide reliable recording services, AutoRecord Live does not guarantee:
- That every livestream will be successfully recorded
- Continuous availability or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all platforms or future platform changes
Livestream recording may fail due to technical, platform, or network factors beyond our control.
Content Rights and Authorization
You may use AutoRecord Live only to record livestreams that you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to record.
You are responsible for verifying that each livestream URL, channel, source, recording, export, and downstream use is permitted by the relevant rights holder and applicable law.
AutoRecord Live does not verify ownership or permissions for submitted sources and does not grant you rights to third-party content.
Third-Party Platform Terms
You must comply with the terms, rules, and access restrictions of TikTok, Douyin, YouTube, Twitch, and any other platform connected to your use of the service.
You must not use AutoRecord Live to bypass platform protections, access controls, robots restrictions, or contractual limits.
Abuse and Copyright Takedown
You must not record, download, share, publish, sell, or distribute unauthorized third-party content.
If we receive a copyright, abuse, platform, or takedown complaint, we may remove related content, disable exports, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records as needed.

Intellectual Property
AutoRecord Live and its associated software, branding, and content are owned by AutoRecord Live or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the service itself.
Limitation of Liability

- Loss of data or recordings
- Missed livestreams
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from platform changes or third-party services
Use of the service is at your own risk.

We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility or specific features.
